  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us with a photo of the damage within two days for business customers or seven days for retail customers.
  • If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or resolution.

5. Shipping and Handling

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
  • Once shipped, delivery is expected within two to three business days.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Orders below $500: Shipping cost is $8.
    • Orders $500 and above: Shipping cost is $15.
  • Delays: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

    • Acts of God
    • Other unforeseen events

6. Reporting Missing Packages

  • Business/Resale Customers: If your package does not arrive within two days of the expected delivery date, please contact us immediately to report the package missing.
  • Retail Customers: You have up to seven days to contact us if your package has not arrived as expected.

7. Business/Resale Customers

  • Business or resale customers must notify us if they are tax-exempt and provide the necessary documentation to avoid tax charges.
  • Payment options for business customers include Net 7, Net 15, Net 30 terms after the first three orders, cash on demand, credit card, check, or ACH transfer.
  • Business customers will be invoiced for payments, and they must complete payments within the agreed terms.

8. Retail Customers

  • Retail customers must pay via credit card or debit card online at the time of purchase. Other payment methods are not accepted for retail customers.
