Recipe: Classic Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Tequila
  • 1 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz Triple sec (orange liqueur)
  • Lime wedge (garnish)
  • Optional: Ghost pepper lime sea salt for rimming the glass

Tools:

  • Rocks glass
  • Shaker
  • Barspoon
  • Lime squeezer
  • Small plate (for salt rim)
  • Cocktail strainer

Method: Rim the glass with ghost pepper lime sea salt by running a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it into the salt. In a shaker, add tequila, fresh lime juice, and triple sec. Shake well with ice, strain into the rocks glass over fresh ice, and garnish with a lime wedge.
