The History Behind Classic Garnishes and Recipes
Lemon & Lime
Lemons and limes have been staple cocktail garnishes for centuries, prized for their bright acidity that balances sweetness or adds a touch of bitterness. They’re often found in cocktails like Margaritas or Daiquiris, where they highlight the natural flavors of the spirits used.

Tools:

- Shaker
- Barspoon
- Lime squeezer
- Small plate (for salt rim)
- Cocktail strainer
